Price it right with a prelisting appraisal ; keeping the asking price ahead of the market curve. Insure that the working condition of the home is in tip top shape and make the commitment to turning your home into a house, so that the buyer can visualize their things, and not yours, as they preview the sellers property. If all three of these things are done, the seller has gone a long way to qualifying a good offer, and can defend the value of the home to a would be buyer.

preservatives can change the course of multiple myeloma and other blood
cancers, there have been laboratory studies over the past several years
showing these products to be carcinogenic in animal models: meaning, they
are causing cancer. Best rule of thumb is to reduce or eliminate
unnecessary additives, preservatives and nitrates from your diet. Eliminate
or reduce your reliance on artificial sweeteners in drinks. Eat food “close
to the source.” That means choosing farm fresh or organic fruits and
vegetables and non-hormone/antibiotic meat and protein sources.

We will travel to White Oak, NC to visit Harmony Hall. Harmony Hall has a long and interesting history. It was about 1768 that Colonel James A. Richardson built his home on a 12,000 acre tract on the Cape Fear River near the village of White Oak. A native of Stonington, Connecticut, who ran a West Indies shipping line, he had earlier been shipwrecked off Cape Hatteras and while waiting for the arrival of one of his ships, had explored the area. He liked the Cape Fear River bottom lands so much that he decided to settle and make his home there. About the same time he met a young widow, Elizabeth Neal Purdy, whose parents came from Barbados. They were married around 1768 and moved into the house he had planned to build. On the property sits an old school, chapel, log house, general store and more! The group will depart from the Campbell House parking lot at 9:00 am. We will return around 5:00 pm. The cost is $12r/$24nr (cost includes transportation and ticket). Please sign up and pay by October 5. Min: 6/Max: 13
