Wheelchair for use at local grocery stores

I recently called each of the local Food Lion stores and the Aberdeen Harris Teeter, to find out if any of them had wheelchairs for customer use in the store. What I discovered was that all local groceries have Mart Carts, but only one has a wheelchair — Harris Teeter in Aberdeen.
