Chair Exercise

Exercise for Seniors is a very important part to our well being when it comes to our health and wellness.  By getting up in the morning and exercising you have just boosted your metabolism, alertness, and energy levels.  Benefits to chair exercising includes the increase of muscle strength, circulation, range of motion, and puts you on the right track to a healthier lifestyle.
Fee’s include four weeks of classes (8 classes) which is payable at the beginning of each month.
Days:  Every Tuesday & Thursday
Time:  10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.
Location:  Aberdeen Recreation Station
Sessions:  Monthly
Class Fee’s:  $2 Aberdeen Residents (Per Month)
$5 Non-Residents (Per Month)
