Senior Gym Time

Walking is one of the best methods of exercising.  It helps burn calories, reduces the risk of developing or dying of heart disease, helps maintain healthy bones, controls blood pressure, etc.  Come out and join the senior gym time and enjoy walking while meeting new people.  Senior Gym time follows the traditional school calendar.  Sessions starts in March and runs to August.  School hours are 9:30 – 11:30 am.
